Intrigued by the world of improv but not quite ready to commit to a full course? Join us for an engaging and dynamic one-hour workshop designed especially for beginners like yourself! Get ready for an hour filled with laughter, spontaneity, and the opportunity to forge new connections as we delve into the basics of improv theatre. After the workshop, we'll gather for some socializing—feel free to bring your own drinks.

Meet Albert Schimmel, a seasoned professional in acting and improvisation. With extensive experience in theatre and improvisation, Albert brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm to every workshop. From Düsseldorf to Cologne and beyond, Albert has led numerous workshops and corporate sessions, enriching the lives of participants with his expertise. He'll be there to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable exploring the wonderful world of improvisation.

Schedule:

- 7:00 PM- Welcome: Albert will kick off the session with a warm welcome and introduction, setting the stage for an hour of excitement and camaraderie.

- 7:35 PM - Introduction to Improv: Waste no time and dive into the core principles of improv with Albert's expert guidance. Learn essential techniques and exercises to boost your confidence and comfort on stage.

- 8:30 PM - A Toast to New Beginnings: Wrap up the workshop with a celebratory toast to your newfound improv skills! Stick around to mingle with other newcomers and share your experiences.

What Will We Do?

Under Albert's expert guidance, prepare to dive into a series of engaging games and exercises designed specifically for beginners. Unleash your creativity, think on your feet, and experience the thrill of spontaneity in a dynamic, energetic environment.

If you enjoy the workshop, consider joining our full course starting in May or attending our regular open improv sessions every 2nd Thursday. It's a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

For navigation on Google Maps, search for "Niehler Str. 101." You'll find the entrance to the Clouth 104 building's courtyard on the opposite side of the street. The official address is CLOUTH 104 | Niehler Str 104 Cologne , 2nd / upper floor Entrance "D."

If you're coming by car, there's a parking lot directly under the clouth 104 building (Entrance Seekabel Str.2). You can also mostly find a free parking spot at the Seekabel Strasse or the streets around the cloud 104 building. 

After the class, we often gather at a nearby pub for some socializing if you're interested.

We are located on Bonnerstrasse 117 in Düsseldorf Holthausen Just opposit from the tramstation Niederheid.
